Sapura is a company capable of presenting integrated, customized and adapted solutions for the entire structuring chain of offshore engineering projects.
Specialized in practical solutions in subsea engineering, Sapura operates on and under the seas, bringing solutions to the most varied offshore demands of the energy industries. Its fleet consists of six ships equipped with 12 remotely operated subsea vehicles. The company is present in the cities of Rio de Janeiro, Rio das Ostras, Duque de Caxias, Macaé, Vitória, and Viena. It is 100% Brazilian and made possible through a joint venture between two multinationals with unparalleled importance in their markets: Sapura Energy Behard and Paratus Energy Services Ltd.
Paratus Energy Services Ltd. (formerly Seadrill New Finance Ltd. or NSNCo) is the holding company for a group of leading energy services companies. Paratus Group consists primarily of its ownership of the SeaMex Group, a 50/50 JV interest in Seabras Sapura and investments in Archer Ltd.
Sapura Energy (Sapura Energy Berhad) is one of the largest integrated oil and gas services and solutions companies in the world. Its range of services covers the entire upstream value chain, from exploration and development, through production, recovery, and abandonment.
